Bash Girls is an agency that’s helping creators in Mexico and Costa Rica absolutely kill it on OnlyFans.
We took some time to chat with Diego Ramos, the agency’s Founder and CEO, about what it takes to stand out, how their creators stay sane, and ways AI is rapidly changing the industry.
A Safe Space First, An Agency Second
The OnlyFans world has very high highs, but with that also comes some pretty low lows. To be honest, it’s not always the safest or most structured space.
Combatting that is a key part of the mission of Bash Girls. They're not just trying to help models make bank (though that's definitely part of it). They want to create a safe bubble where creators can thrive and avoid the most stressful or toxic parts of the industry.

“We wanted to create a space where models feel safe, respected, and taken seriously,” he shared. "So many talented people burn out or get taken advantage of because there's no real support system. We wanted to be that support system."
Turning Followers Into Superfans
According to Bash Girls, what matters above all else is authenticity and niche branding. “The biggest mistake new creators make is trying to copy what’s already out there,” Diego said. “The ones who really stand out are the ones who embrace their unique personality and turn it into a brand.”
That means showing up consistently, engaging with your audience in a real way, and knowing exactly what makes you different. “People aren’t just here for content. They’re subscribing for you.”

Whatever You Do, Don’t Stagnate
OnlyFans is not a “set it and forget it” kind of place. Rules change, trends come and go, and what worked last year is probably irrelevant now.
The same applies for social media. Trying to consistently grow can be so frustrating sometimes. “The industry moves fast,” Diego explained. “New policies drop out of nowhere, the algorithm does a 180, and suddenly what worked yesterday is useless today."
Bash Girls learned early on that staying ahead of the curve is everything. They're diving into the data and using tech to work smarter, not harder.
“We don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach,” he said. “Each creator is so unique so we need to constantly analyze what works for each of them and adapt in real time. We've learned to customize everything.”

What Does AI Have to Do With it?
Bash Girls uses AI to personalize content, target the right audiences, and automate workflows so creators can focus on what they do best—create.
“We use AI for automation, analytics, and optimizing content strategies,” Diego shared. “It helps us predict what kind of content will perform best, track engagement patterns, and even automate certain interactions so our creators can spend more time actually creating content.”
The coolest part is how this tech actually makes content feel more personal, not less. It helps creators spend time on the creative stuff they love instead of getting buried in tedious admin work.

The Future Is Already Here. Are You Ready?
Bash Girls knows a lot is shifting, especially with AI becoming more sophisticated.
“2024 showed us just how quickly things can change. There’s now more competition and higher audience expectations,” Diego said. “This year, we expect to see even more AI-driven marketing, interactive content, and decentralized monetization models. If you’re not evolving, you’ll risk fading into the background.”
So what’s their biggest piece of advice? Set up systems early.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re an independent creator or looking for agency support, building systems from the start will save you time, stress, and lost revenue,” he stressed.
Another thing you should lock in? Multi-platform branding. “OnlyFans is only part of a bigger ecosystem for your brand. We encourage our models to build their presence on other platforms like TikTok and Instagram because the more places your audience can find you, the stronger your brand will be.”

Scale Smart
“Your success won’t come just from what looks good on camera,” Diego said. “It's about treating this like the business it is, using every tech advantage you can get your hands on, and surrounding yourself with people who actually understand this wild industry."
One thing is clear: when you combine real industry knowledge with cutting-edge technologies and genuine care for your creators, that's when the magic happens.
